At Total Tech Repair, we believe technology should make life easier—not more stressful. That belief is rooted in a lifelong passion for electronics and a career built on serving people.

Our founder, Austin Lee, grew up repairing his own devices, learning hands-on from a young age. With more than 15 years of customer service experience at multiple Fortune 500 companies, he built Total Tech Repair as the perfect combination of two passions: delivering exceptional service and providing reliable, affordable tech repairs right here in our community.

We’re proud to be Kentucky born and raised, operating locally in Taylorsville—a town we love and call home while raising our family. Being locally owned and locally based means we care about more than just fixing devices; we care about building trust. We want our neighbors to know they can count on us for:

  • At Total Tech Repair, we stand behind our work with a one-year limited warranty on all repairs. This warranty covers parts and labor directly related to the service we performed.

    What’s Covered

    • Repairs and parts installed by Total Tech Repair

    • Labor for the specific service performed

    What’s Not Covered

    • Accidental damage (drops, liquid, physical damage, misuse, neglect)

    • Customer-supplied parts (unless we provide written coverage)

    • Software issues (viruses, malware, OS corruption, user-installed programs)

    • Data loss under any circumstances

    • Devices serviced or modified by a third party after our repair

    Limitations

    • Liability is limited to the original cost of the repair

    • Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer

    • Coverage applies only to the specific repair performed, not the entire device

    Making a Claim

    If you experience an issue with your repair:

    1. Return the device to us (pickup/drop-off available in our service area).

    2. We’ll inspect and approve the claim before service is performed.

    3. Proof of purchase is not required — your device is matched to our records.
