Our diagnostic fee covers the time and expertise required to thoroughly evaluate your device. This includes:
A full inspection to identify hardware or software issues
Testing components and system functions
Providing you with a detailed explanation of the problem
An upfront repair estimate so you can make an informed decision
If you choose to move forward with the recommended repair or service, the diagnostic fee will be applied toward the total cost. This means you only pay for the actual repair, not the evaluation twice.
If you decide not to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee simply covers the cost of our time and assessment.
